Daimere Dawsonia affectionately known as Coach Mere has over a decade of experience in strength and endurance training.

 

Over the span of 15 years he has developed a high intensity workout program that not only gets you Ripped but also Strong.

He strives to helping his clients become the best version of themselves by surpassing their limits and never giving up!
